Meet the team

Chiropractors

Dr Hemi Patel  (Doctor of Chiropractic)

I have always been natural healthcare orientated, throughout my life, particularly now as I have over 20 years of experience behind me.  Obviously there is a place for medicine and surgery when it is needed, but I always like to teach people about prevention, and the fact that health of your body can be influenced by the choices you make, such as your diet, activity levels, your posture, your environment, your hobbies and your mindset. I encourage everyone I meet to Eat better, Move better and Think better, when it comes to their body.

I received my BSc Hons (Human Sciences) and MSc (Chiropractic) in 1999 from Anglo – European College of Chiropractic (Bournemouth), after 5 years of full time university education.  Once I completed my PRTS (Post Graduate Training Scheme) in 2000, I received the Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Throughout my 20 plus years I have done various post graduate courses to further my knowledge, especially in the field of Chiropractic Care for children and the pregnant ladies.  I have gained Cranial Therapy qualification and I have also completed my Masters in Chiropractic Paediatrics in 2016.

I have also mastered Chiropractic care for pregnant ladies by becoming Webster technique certified, and trained in Spinning babies techniques.

Currently (2018-2019) I am training with the ICPA (International Chiropractic Paediatrics Association), to qualify further in the Paediatrics and Pregnancy Chiropractic field and receive Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Paediatrics (CACCP).

Thank you for reading my profile and I look forward to welcoming you at Enfield Chiropractic Clinic.

Dr Erol Kavaz (Doctor of Chiropractic)

I graduated from Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. I was born in one of the most beautiful islands, Cyprus. I always loved helping people, and being a Chiropractor allows me to help my patients achieve the maximum functionality their bodies can offer.

In my mind, I see Chiropractic as a hidden treasure and when you find that treasure as a patient, you would be surprised at your body’s extraordinary capabilities. Chiropractic helps with so many different conditions and most importantly it helps restore movement and function to your spine which in turn helps your nervous system work at the most optimal level.

Outside of Chiropractic, I am also interested in sports & music.

The reason I love working in Enfield is that being bilingual and working in a multicultural area like Enfield ensures I have many things in common with my patients which also can include my mother tongue.

I am always very positive and energetic so I am here to help everyone. Thank you for reading my profile and I look forward to seeing you at the Enfield Chiropractic Clinic.

Dr Angelina Lim Wan Hua (Doctor of Chiropractic)

I studied Master of Chiropractic in University of South Wales and graduated with Distinction. I am registered with General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and United Chiropractic Association (UCA).

I always have been interested in the human body since childhood especially the structures of the spine and how the brain communicates with the rest of the body through it.

I came across chiropractic online as well as education fair which introduced this amazing profession to me, it sparked my passion for chiropractic as it is my dream to help people in need, for a living.

I was born and raised in a multicultural tropical country, Malaysia. Therefore, I am fluent in a few languages including English and Mandarin and some of Cantonese, Malay and Hokkien.

Besides Diversified Technique, I am also trained in Sacro-occipital Technique which includes Cranial Adjustment & CMRT (visceral reflex technique), as well as Dry Needling, so I could provide a more individualised, diverse but specific treatment plan for each and single patient according to their needs.

I am also certified in Webster Technique, a specific technique for pregnancy & paediatrics, to help expecting mother pre and post-delivery. Besides, I am also trained to assess, assist and integrate babies’ primitive reflexes thus helping new born and children to achieve proper growth and development.

Thank you for reading my profile and I look forward to welcoming you at Enfield Chiropractic Clinic.

Dr Justin Yip (Doctor of Chiropractic)

I was born and raised in the small city of Hong Kong. Since 2015, I have been staying in the UK to continue my studies. I graduated from McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 2021. Contributing to the society has always been my life goal. To me, there is no better way to do this than helping with someone’s pain. Chiropractic’s natural and unorthodox way of healing really captivates me. The way it fixes the root problem and allows patients to heal without requiring foreign chemicals in the body is simply amazing. It never fails to put a smile on my face when I hear good improvements from my patients, 10/10 job satisfaction!

The chiropractic technique that I practise is called the McTimoney technique. It is a rather gentle technique that suits all age groups and conditions. It does not give any clicks with its adjustments. So if you are not a fan of audible adjustments and want to try chiropractic, I am sure I can help you.

Besides Chiropractic, I enjoy painting, reading world history and learning languages. I speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin and little bit of French. I also love driving to the English countryside and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.

In the future, I would love to learn more about sports-related injuries and help athletes to reach their full potential. I hope one day I can be the chiropractor for the best team in the Premier League or NBA. Thank you for reading my profile and I look forward to seeing you at the Enfield Chiropractic Clinic.

Soft Tissue Therapists

Rubhav Patel

Hello, I’m a soft tissue therapist here at the Enfield chiropractic clinic. I have done a degree in Sports and exercise science and then gone on to do Sports massage therapy course. During my time as being a sports massage therapist I have always admired the physical impact it can have on not only athletes, but also on the average working life individuals.

Experience has taught me that the psychological impact is also just as vital for every person so that they can perform at their optimal capacity and improve their overall well-being. I have ways encouraged people to have a massage as it is a great way for your body to relax and coupe with the physical and psychological demands in our day to day lives. Thank you for you time and I look forward to seeing you soon.
